Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged for equal or lesser value. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Should you choose to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps outlined below.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for equal or lesser value, check our website for the latest availability as exchanges are not guaranteed to be in stock. If you cannot find your item in the correct size or wish to return the item(s) for a refund or store credit, please see the instructions below for returns.
To arrange an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in the subject line followed by your order number.

In the body of the email, just let us know what item(s) and sizes you are looking to exchange and what address you need the exchanged item(s) sent to (if different from original shipping address). As soon as we have received your exchange request, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached prepaid postage label. The label can be printed and applied to packaging and dropped off at your local Post Office.
Once the package arrives at our warehouse it may take 3-5 business days to process the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information when the order has been processed. Then, sit back and relax and set up camp by your mailbox.
To schedule a return, email us at email@example.com with RETURN in the subject line followed by your order number.

In the body of the email, please explain your reason for returning the item(s) so we can get a better understanding of the issue and how we can help. Once we have received your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with an attached prepaid postage label. The label can be printed and applied to packaging and dropped off at your local Post Office.
After it is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit, whichever you prefer. If returned to a credit or debit card, it can take 5-10 business days to post on your account. If you choose store credit, a confirmation email will be sent containing a discount code.
All exchanges and returns must be received in their original condition unless they are deemed to be defective.
All returns are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
