Chris Theibert

Chris Theibert

Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Artist, Webmaster
chris@choonimals.com

Chris is the Picaso of Choonimals. His artistic talent comes from a nutritional regime of eating crayons and taking shots of paint before bedtime. In the beginning, he got yelled at for being too good at drawing the Choons, as they were initially made to look like they were drawn by a monkey with no head. Eventually his style caught on with the whole planet, and now he spends his days running shop in NYC with Chad watching nature shows, designing your Choon shirts, keeping the website on lock-down, and drawing Choonimals on all of Joe's old furniture. Oh, and he is a Social Networking Baller (SNB).

Matt Peters

Matt Peters

CFO and Philanthropy Development
matt@choonimals.com

Matt, aka "the Smile Eater" has been busting the dreams of the other members and keeping it real since the beginning. He has a great knack of holding down the fort even from across the border where he currently lives in Mexico City. His favorite design program is Excel. He likes shirts and he likes charities so he has developed many great partnerships with organizations from Mexico to Africa allowing the Choonimals team to give back to others. Oh, and he drawled (Drew really spells like this) the very first Choonimal - a goat - and it wasn't meant to be bad... it just turned out that way.

Chad Long

Chad Long

Shipping/Logistics Director
chad@choonimals.com

Nickname: Chaditude (Chad+Attitude). You can find him either behind the wheel of the Choonimal Hearse, posted up at a Choonimal event, or cuddling with our shirts in the inventory room before he ships them off to their new homes, your backs. Since he has spent so much time counting, sorting, and has touched nearly every single shirt that has ever been printed or sold, he sheds a single tear into each package knowing it will surely find its destination and receive the same love from its new owners. When he's not choonin' you might catch him on a disc golf course, walking his dog Hurley, shreddin some mountain on his snowboard, or riding some gnar gnar wave on the shore - always wearing a choon shirt, and probably listening to music.

Alex Weinhardt

Alex Weinhardt

Public Relations, Event Booking
alex@choonimals.com

Event planner, blogger and ice cream cone eater. Alex manages some of the Choon web communication and books/plans events for the company. In his younger years, he had a penchant for eating ice cream cones, and has now turned that into a career. You can typically find Alex roaming the country with 5 other smelly, kind farted gentlemen in a 15 passenger van. No, he's not a creep, but rather a hardworking Choonaholic by day, and a face melting rock star by night. Go listen to Six Gallery.

Drew Kilkenny

Drew Kilkenny

Event Staff, Clown, Life Coach, Driver
drew@choonimals.com

When he's not off thrashing the powdery slopes he is around to keep spirits high and get the good times rollin. Drew looms around the events and drives wherever he is told to drive. He once drove to the moon. He could be a terrifying clown that will make you any balloon animal you could ever dream of, and he has the best of the internet all bundled up in a goblin's satchel. Drew coaches the others on ways to live their lives, as you see he is a certified life coach. He likes really nice kitties (RNK's) and he also enjoys drowning ants in puddles.
