Bamboozle... wow... I don't really know how to describe how amazing that event was for all of us here at the Choonquarters. We all want to thank and hug and smile at all of you that supported us. Wear your Choon swag with pride and know that you are one of the first and few (but obvi not the last) that will be able to answer that always perplexing question - "What the (f-word) is a Choonimal!?" Now you know the answer to that and are part of the ever-swelling avalanche that is Choonimals Clothing Company.

For those of you that were at the Bamboozle and want to spread some Choon-love (Chove), upload your pics onto our site and show your Choon-memories (Choonories) to the rest of the world.

We're so happy to still be receiving orders from you all, but a quick heads up, the Bamboozle did sell us out of a few items so please be patient when ordering one of those... we know how sucky it is to wait, but we assure you we are ordering our sold out items ASAP and will be getting them within the next couple of weeks. If you have any issues or concerns or just need to talk and ward off a panic attack, feel free to contact us, we will eat your frowns and help you through it all, we pinky swear.

I realize it says "News" up top there, and what I'm about to write and have been writing would fall more under a "Blog" category, but it's still news, just in a blog-ish format. Let's just call it Blews. Or how about Nlogs? I like Blews. This is the "Blews" section from now on. K, good, so, here's a good ol' Blews update for your glassies (eyeballs):

Mostest importantly, we have a huge show coming up in 2 weeks. Most of you have probably already heard us tell you about it while we visit you in your sleep and whisper in your ear, but for those of you whose bedrooms we couldn't find, check out www.thebamboozle.com. It's a festival the size of the Everest that's taking place May 3,4. It's like the entire Warped Tour but wrapped into 2 days. There's over 100 bands playing, drawing over 2000 people and their likes to the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford New Jersey. To understand the full scale and grandioseness of this event, go to the website. You can find Choonimals residing in the "Vendors" section.

While you're there, click on our banner and buy a shirt. We have all kinds of new treatsy num nums to put in the package along with your order. And because we love you all so hardcore when you buy our stuff, we will personally draw you your very own Choon if you give us the name of your favorite animal or animals when you order. Don't feel obligated to name just one... we have been known to take 2 or 3 and sometimes 4 animals and cross breed them into their very own freakshow entity. For example... you like penguins and armadillos and alligators? We will draw you a "Pengadillogator" Choon and put your name on the top of the paper so you can frame it and feel all special-like. So go ahead and jump on that.

Oh, and also kind of a big deal, and when I say big deal I mean big deal as in a "the rest of your life" kind of way, 7 of us went to a local tattoo parlor this past weekend and all walked out with real-life Choonimal tattoos. They'll be on the site eventually, once our mothers calm down from the shock. If you're facebook friends with any of us, you can see them on there. Otherwise, ring our doorbell or come to a show we're at and come poke and prod all you want. They're real, they hurt.

Some of us also have a little side project going on. I'm illustrating a book in the style of Choon's about a guy that has a tapeworm, but it's ok. It's called "I Have a Tapeworm, and it's OK". It's going to be glorious. There's all kinds of Cantaloupes friends and Centgnar's and a secretary that is a piece of cheese. Can't wait for you all to see it.

Eventually this website is going to get another makeover and we'll have a nice Calendar of Events section that will let you know where to find us out in the open air. Until then, keep checking back up on the site for another Blews update.

So I think that's all for now. I beat matt pretty bad in Super Smash Brothers the other day. Pretty embarrassing.

Dear All,

Welcome to the new Choonimals site. It's still widely under construction but also functionable, which I don't think is a real word.

I had most of this site already done last week, but through a series of unfortunate events I accidentally deleted the entire thing and since I ran out of freon for my flux capacitor months ago, I came to the sad realization that I would have to spend every waking moment re-doing all of it so it could be up by tomorrow morning. So everything you're seeing right now is a result of non-stop re-work for the past 48hrs. And it's still only (whatever 2 divided by 7 is) percent done.

So please keep that in mind while you're clicking around on this site and notice certain imperfections because blood is about to start shooting out of my eyes I'm so burnt out from staring at this computer screen.

All the kinks will be worked out momentarily, and if they aren't, keep it to yourself, it's my first time. (Thats what she said). shinfo.
